B) End-User Data (Entered by Our Customers)
Our Merchants use the Service to manage their customer information. In this context, the Company acts as a "Data Processor", while our Merchants are "Data Users" (or "Data Controllers"). The end-user data we process on behalf of Merchants may include:
- Identity Information: name, gender, date of birth.
- Contact Details: phone number, email address.
- Appointment and Consumption Records: treatment appointment times, service items, spending amounts, purchased products and package details.
- Customer Notes: service-related notes recorded by Merchants (e.g., allergy history, customer preferences, etc.).
C) Automatically Collected Data
When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:
- Technical Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device information.
- Usage Data: your interactions with the Service, such as features clicked, access times, etc. (collected through Cookies or similar technologies).

Regarding end-user data, we process it solely in accordance with Merchants' instructions to provide the Service. We will never use such data for our own marketing purposes or sell it to third parties.

- Right of Correction: You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate personal data.

6 Data Security

7 Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. As the Service is a beauty business management tool, Merchants' operational data (such as customer records, appointment history, and consumption records) are essential business assets. Therefore, all your data will be retained permanently for as long as you continue to use the Service. Specific details are as follows:
- Merchant Account and Business Data: Retained permanently for as long as you continue to use the Service, to support your daily business operations (including customer management, appointment records, consumption history, product and package management, etc.).
- End-User (Customer) Data: Managed by the Merchant and retained permanently for as long as the Merchant continues to use the Service. Merchants may delete individual customer data at any time within the system.
- Subscription and Payment Records: Retained permanently for accounting reconciliation and compliance with tax regulatory obligations.
- Automatically Collected Technical and Usage Data: System logs and analytics data will be retained for up to 2 years, after which they will be automatically deleted.
- Cookies: Session Cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser; Persistent Cookies are retained for 3 months to 2 years depending on their function.
When you terminate your use of the Service and cancel your account, we will permanently delete all your business data and end-user data within 30 days of account termination, unless laws or regulations require a longer retention period. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
You may request early deletion of your personal data at any time by exercising your "Right of Erasure" (see Section 4), or by directly deleting specific data within the system. To delete your entire account, please contact info@neocore.hk.
8 Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If there are significant changes, we will notify you via email or by posting a notice on our website.
9 Children's Privacy
The Service is not designed for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a Merchant, you should comply with local laws regarding the collection of data from minors when managing customer records. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal data from children under 13, we will delete such data as soon as possible.
